Instructions for reporting daily hail report

The licence holder or vessel operator must notify DFO at the National email address:  DFO.NAT.NorthernFM-SPNordiques.NAT.DFO@dfo-mpo.gc.ca at least 72 hours in advance of entering a port in Greenland by completing and submitting the DFO Approved Notice of Landing Form (attached in Schedule IV).
