2026/27 Scotian Shelf Sea Cucumber
The Scotian Shelf sea cucumber fishery occurs along the Atlantic Coast of Nova Scotia in fishing areas corresponding with Northwest Atlantic Fisheries Organization (NAFO) divisions 4Vs, 4W and 4X.
Dates of season (subject to change)
The Scotian Shelf sea cucumber fishery operates from May 1 to March 31 annually.
Total Allowable Catches (TACs)
- 4X Inshore: Zones 1–5: 100 t
- 4W Midshore: Zones A–J: 800 t

4W Offshore: Zones 1–4: 600 t, subject to the following limits:
- Zone 1: 300 t
- Zone 2: 200 t
- Zone 3: 50 t (exploratory)
- Zone 4: 50 t (exploratory)

4Vs Offshore: Areas of Access 1–8: 800 t, subject to the following limit:
- Area of Access 2: 600 t
