2017 Groundfish (Maritimes Region) – 4VWX+5

The Maritimes Region Groundfish fishery occurs in the areas that correspond to subdivisions 4VWX5 and 5Z of the Northwest Atlantic Fisheries Organization (NAFO).

Dates of season (subject to change)

The 2017-18 4VWX5 Groundfish fishery operates year round, from April 1st – March 31st.

The 2017 5Z Groundfish fishery operates year round, January 1st – December 31st.
