This document contains the proceedings from the Regional Workshop on Precautionary approach reference points and Total Allowable Catch (TAC) adjustments rules for Northern Gulf of St. Lawrence shrimps (Pandalus borealis) Stocks. This meeting was held on November 2, 2011 at the Maurice Lamontagne Institute in Mont-Joli. This meeting gathered about twenty-five participants from sciences to management. This proceeding contains the essential parts of the presentations and discussions held and relates the main recommendations and conclusions that were presented.
