2024 All-Atlantic Ocean Research and Innovation Alliance (AAORIA) Forum

Canada hosts the 2024 AAORIA Forum in Ottawa, Ontario from October 8-10, 2024.

The Atlantic Ocean is one of the most productive marine environments in the world. It is home to an abundance of marine life and supports coastal livelihoods through industries like fishing, aquaculture and tourism. We treasure the Atlantic Ocean for its biodiversity, beauty, and its key role in mitigating the impacts of climate change.

We look forward to focusing our discussions on priority areas outlined at the 2023 Forum to take concrete, coordinated, and measurable actions for a healthy and sustainable Atlantic Ocean.
