Mère Juliette Library of the Gulf Fisheries Centre

The Gulf Region Library collects materials that support the mandate of the department and reflects the department's work in the southern Gulf of St. Lawrence, which has both the richest ecosystem in Canada and the greatest concentration of fisheries and fish harvesters. The library is available to all DFO staff as well as the general public during business hours; members of the public must register with the commissionaire on the ground floor of the building before proceeding to the library. DFO users may access the full suite of library services available on the intranet. The library's holding can be searched using WAVES; interlibrary loan can be arranged through your local library.
