Randy Jenkins, Director, Enforcement, Fisheries and Oceans Canada – Fishery officers use a variety of assets to monitor the seal hunt. This includes the Canadian Coast Guard icebreakers, aircraft, helicopters and as well as rely on the assistance of other policing agencies such as the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and the Quebec Provincial Police.
