In 2010, the fishing season will begin on May 3 and will end on November 26.
In 2011, the fishing season will begin on May 2 and end on November 25.
The total allowable catch for 2010 is 450 t, which will be divided equally between the 11 licence holders (40.9 t per fisher). The 2011 TAC will remain the same, as long as the two indicators (CPUE and percentage of small whelk landed) remain stable during the 2010 fishing season.

Fishers are authorised to use a maximum of 100 traps if they request licence conditions valid from May to November or 150 traps if they request licence conditions valid from August to November.
Monitoring measures: 100% hail in from sea and random dockside monitoring. It is mandatory to fill out the logbook prior to arrival at the wharf.
